"Our Services" - Your poll you got from us.
"User" - You the owner of the poll.
To use our service, you must agree to all the following:
Language
You may use any language on GurooPolls, but our support forums are strictly English posting, this way we can help you better.
Age
You must be over 18 or over 13 with parental permission to use our services. This is to comply with Child Online Protection Act (COPA) laws. We can not check that each and every user is over age but by signing up to our serivces you awknowledge that you are either over 18 or over 13 with parental permission.
Questions/Answers
Your questions and answers may contain your opinions, simple questions and mainly anything else, as long as your poll doesn't contain unsuitable material. Your content must not be rude, offensive or contain spam. You may not add questions and answers that are not sutible for all to see, such as drugs, pornography, terrorism or spam. All of our services are open to the public. You are responsible for the content of your own poll. GurooPolls will not accept liability for your content. In serious cases we reserve the right to remove any content pernamently or temporarily.
Restrictions Of Service
You may not signup if you own other remotely hosted poll services. You may not use one of our services alongside or on the same website as a competitor service.
Adverts
You may not remove the adverts in our services in any way other than purchasing Ad-Free.
Termination of Service
This service may be terminated/supsended at any time by the Provider or User. The Provider may at it's sole discretion remove any poll for any reason. We are not responsible for loss of data it is your duty to back it up.
Modification of this Agreement
This agreement may be modified at any time at the sole discretion of the Provider. Upon modification of this agreement, you have two weeks (14 days) to terminate your account with us or it will constitute acceptance of the modifications.
By clicking "Sign Up" the User hereby agrees to the terms set forth in this agreement under penalties of perjury and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claim resulting from the use of the Provider's services and agree that all information provided by the User to the Provider is true.
